How Do Webcam Modeling Sites Pay?

How Do WebCam Modeling Sites Pay?

The major studios generally use the same means to pay their models. These main methods are as follows:
You might have noticed right off the bat that Paypal is not a payment option in this list. Paypal does not accept transfers from any of these studios as it violates their terms and agreements. If you are signing up for an agency that does use Paypal, you will want to take serious reconsideration in signing up with that site. If they are not running their site in compliance with terms and regulations of the third parties they are dealing with, they most likely are not providing you with honest information, and worse yet, they could not be honest with how your information is being used.

For all the sites I work with, I receive payment by check. Why check? First and foremost, there is no cost for receiving checks by mail. Generally, all other transaction types have associated fees. Whether it be $2.00 or $30.00 does not matter to me. I began webcam modeling to make money, and I am going to keep every cent I earn!

What is Payoneer?

  • Payoneer markets, manages and services prepaid debit MasterCard® cards. The Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® card works just like any other MasterCard® card.
  • The card is accepted at all locations worldwide, where MasterCard® is accepted electronically. You can use it at a point of sale location to make purchases and at an ATM to withdraw cash. With the added security of choosing your own PIN, you can be assured of no unauthorized use of your card.

How does wire transfer work?

  • This option is mainly recommended for Studios with many registered models and a high income.
  • Please consider the fact that transaction fee may vary between $35-$100, which is deducted from Your earnings (this is the transaction fee that the participating banks - sender, intermediary, beneficiary - charge).
  • Funds are sent by Leandra Enterprises Inc. with transaction reference Electronically Delivered Services. The sender bank is Marfin Laiki Bank in Cyprus.
  • In case You do not receive funds we advise You to contact Your bank to see if they received a transfer from Leandra Enterprises Inc. In case You need, we can provide You with a swift copy which may help Your bank to track the transfer.
  • Information that is necessary for the transfer: bank account holder's name, bank name, bank country, bank account number/IBAN number, bank swift code or any other identification code Your bank uses.
  • IBAN number is necessary for those European countries that implemented IBAN. In case You provide Your account number instead of Your IBAN number Marfin Laiki Bank will charge an extra - 20 beside the usual transfer cost.

How does check work

  • Choosing check as Your payout method there are no additional costs in terms of ordering the check and mailing it to the address You previously provided.
  • We would like to draw Your attention to the fact that our check cannot be cashed in check cashing facilities, it can only be deposited into Your bank account. In case You deposit it into a US bank account there is no extra cost, in any other case please be prepared that You will be asked to pay a small fee.
  • Checks are valid for 1 year, however many banks prefer to cash checks that are no older than 3 months.
  • Since it takes a couple of days for the checks to arrive we mail them out approximately 10 days prior to the payout date. The checks are sent in a plain white envelope, there is no reference to the site or to the profile of the site.
  • In case You do not receive the check on the payout date it is advised to wait a couple of days since sometimes checks get misdelivered and arrive to the address late. In case You would not like to wait any longer, or did not receive the check in reasonable time You may ask for the check cancellation which costs $35 each and takes 5-10 days to process. Once the check is canceled the remaining amount will be sent to You via check or any other payout option You choose.

Internetmodeling use Check, Direct Deposit, Payoneer, Paxum, Alertpay and Cashx. Internetmodeling directs you right to the sites of Payoneer and the other listed sites which work in the same primary manner. Essentially a Visa type card with the money directly deposited. Verify the fees associated with any transactions by those agencies before you actually choose one. While I personally did not want to pay the fees, this method of payment might be fantastic for someone who does not want to get anything in the mail.
Internetmodeling.com Payment Options
F4F  uses Check, Direct Deposit, Payoneer, Paxum, Alertpay and FedEx Delivery. F4F shows the actual fees associated with choosing any type of payment (if applicable).

Any payment method you have where there are fees involved, remember that these fees are not charged by the agency you are modeling for. There are the fees that the 3rd parties providing the transfer or payment service are charging,. This is why it is very important that if you are using a 3rd party service, you visit their websites and read any associated fees with that service. I am not including all of those fees in this blog, but I do not they vary so much from agency to agency. Some charge you a service fee for every transaction you use with the card the payment is deposited to. Some charge fees for the actual transfer of the money into the card.

Another thing you need to be aware of is the payout minimum to you . F4F pays out once you have earned $100. They payout every two weeks and are the most punctual payouts. I have never had a payment late or stalled. Internetmodeling pays weekly regardless of how much you have earned.

My final thoughts to you on this. Go for the check if you can. The checks are completely unrecognizable to the mail carriers, and to the banks. There is nothing on it that gives any indication what-so ever that you are quite possibly the sexiest person in the bank! If you do go with any of the transfers to a VISA type card, just be aware of the fees. If they do have a fee per transaction, you can limit that by just doing one big cash withdrawl when the cash is placed on the card. Or the fee might not even matter to you. I may just be stingy. lol.
